Mrs. Alice Black Forbes buried in San Jose Park
Services for Mrs. Alice Black Forbes, 76, who died Thursday at her home, 1007 N. Hackberry St., were held today at the Porter Loring Funeral Home with burial in San Jose Burial Park.
Mrs. Forbes was a lifelong resident of San Antonio.
She is survived by her widow, William Forbes; a son, William P. Forbes, San Antonio; two daughters, Mrs. J.C. Puckett, San Antonio, and Mrs. C.V. Alt, Fort Worth; two sisters Mrs. Clara Sheilds, Marfa, Tex., and Mrs. Bertha Heitgen, Los Angeles, Calif; a brother, Frank Black, San Antonio, and two grandchildren.
