FORT WORTH — Robert Lee Butler Jr., 83, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born May 29, 1925 in Maypearl, Texas to Robert Lee Butler Sr. and Dessie Sims Butler. Mr. Butler served his country in the U.S. Army and was a retired painter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Lee Butler; brothers, Raymond Butler, Johnny Henry Butler and Charlie Butler and sisters, Mattieline Hanson and Nessie Fry.
Services were conducted Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Rio Vista Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
