Wensten was born in Wisconsin and had lived in the Eudora and Willard areas for the past several years. He was a retired truck driver and member of the Oak Grove Heights Seventh-day Adventist congregation. He was an Army veteran and was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 178 of Brighton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Leta Davis Gray; and a brother, Wilbur Duane Gray #8698739.
He is survived by his two sons; Mike Gray of Eudora and Dennis Gray and wife Tami of Halltown; four grandchildren, Brandon Ludwig, Trinity, Levi and Nakayla Gray; and one brother, Wendell Gray of Marshfield.
