In memory of Mary "Mae" Cecilia Stehno McGuire...
Whenever I think of my grandma, whom we
called Baba, I remember the delicious
buchta she use to bake for us. Unfortunately,
she took that recipe to the grave with her.
Although I have searched, I have never found
a recipe even similar to the kind of buchta
that Baba used to make.
