Services to celebrate Beverly's life will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home with visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Memorials: Kiwanee Club.
Beverly was born June 24, 1925, in Decatur, the daughter of Rex and Helen Kossick Hornback.
She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church and a longtime member of the Kiwanee Club. She married Otis Chenoweth on Sept. 15, 1946, in Decatur. He passed away March 13, 2000.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Kathy (Steve) Dehority of Herrick; Linda (Bob) Ermovick of Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; sister, Jane Tangney; grandchildren, Stephanie Jones of Abilene, Texas; Dawn Kellow of Swansea; Steve Dehority Jr. of Decatur; Bobby Ermovick and Matthew Ermovick, both of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; Adam Ermovick of Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; 11 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
She was reunited in heaven with her husband, parents and great-grandson, Nicholas.
The family would especially like to thank the staff of Hickory Point Christian Village and Fair Havens Nursing Home for the loving care they showed Beverly during her illness.
