Info from wife's page:

Thomas Williams, who probably came to Plymouth Colony in 1635, married at Plymouth or Scituate, 30 November 1638, Elizabeth Tart, daughter of THOMAS TART {1638, Scituate}. On 3 May 1641, Plymouth court "enquire[d] of Will[ia]m Brackenberry, of Charles Towne or elsewhere, for any goods that are sent out of England for Mr. Thomas Tart, of Scituate, and that Thom[as] Williams may have them for the payment of his wife's portion, because he gave an acquittance for it upon promise that the said Mr. Tart would procure her portion to be paid; the sum is £24 or thereabouts"
They moved to Eastham by 1649, and had these children of record:
1. SARAH WILLIAMS, b. say 1645; m. by an unknown date John Nickerson, son of WILLIAM NICKERSON {1637, Watertown).
2. HANNAH WILLIAMS, b. say 1647; m. (1) Eastham 24 May 1667 John Smith, son of RALPH SMITH {1633, Charlestown}; m. (2) after 8 March 1678/9 Thomas Mulford of Eastham. (In 1964 Rachel E. Barclay sorted out the wives of Thomas Mulford and in the process demonstrated that all the children of Hannah (Williams) (Smith) Mulford were with her first husband. Hannah's date of marriage to John Smith is given in some sources as 24 May 1670; this date derives from the colony copy of some Eastham vital records, which made an error in this instance.
3. MERCY WILLIAMS, b. say 1649; m. by an unknown date William Nickerson, son of WILLIAM NICKERSON {1637, Watertown}.
4. ELIZABETH WILLIAMS, b. say 1651; living unmarried on 26 October 1696; no further record.
5. MARY WILLIAMS, b. say 1653; m. by about 1684 (and perhaps earlier) Caleb Hopkins, son of Giles Hopkins.
6. NATHANIEL WILLIAMS, b. Eastham 24 April 1655; no further record.
