Eunice M. McKibben, 82, Moorhead, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006, in her home. A private family service was previously held.
Eunice M. Mikelson, known as Mike, was born Aug. 1, 1923, in the Clarkfield, Minn., area, where she attended school. In 1945, she graduated from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minn. On June 13, 1948, she married Robert McKibben in Minneapolis. They lived in Minneapolis. In 1950, they moved to Valley City, N.D., and later lived in New York and North Carolina. They returned to Valley City. In 1970, they moved to Moorhead, where she did bookkeeping for her husband's orthodontic practice. They retired in 1999.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Robert, Valley City; four daughters, Pat (Gar) Hansen, Valley City, Sue (Gary) Warner, Grand Rapids, Minn., Mary White, Bagley, Minn., Carol Steinhoff, Fosston, Minn.; a brother, Lester (Doris), Minneapolis; a sister, Sylvia (Keith) Textor, Palm Desert, Calif.; and 11 grandchildren.
