Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Fairview Cemetery, with the Rev. Paul Nachtigall, pastor of Highland Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Locke was born May 6, 1916, in Miami, where she was a 1935 graduate of Miami High School. She was the secretary for District Attorney Bill Waters in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
Survivors include three sons, Clarence Thomas Locke and Douglas Reese Locke, both of Pampa, and John Gregory Locke of Amarillo; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Highland Baptist Church, 1301 N. Banks St., Pampa, TX 79065.
