Randolph served as a Private First Class, 226th Engineers, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in New Castle County, Delaware prior to the war. He enlisted in the Army on April 14, 1941, prior to the war, in Trenton, New Jersey. He was noted as Single, without dependents.

He died during the war of a "Non Battle" related incident.
