Penny's words:
This was my dad, and I loved him dearly. He was buried by the military and had the 21 gun salute.

PJKO NOTE: This memorial was originally created by Penny Louise Roberts Tunstill who has since kept her appointment with God. I am just resuming the carrying on of her work. The photographs and floral tributes left here that say Phyllis J. K. Owens were placed by Penny to her loved one...not Phyllis J. K. Owens...the dates posted (01/15/2001 and 08/13/2005) are correct. Rest in Heavenly Peace, Penny.....

Dad I know how you loved to fish. These are small but they look like the ones in my pond. We sure do miss you and loved you.

Dad, I just wanted to let you know how much I love you and respect you. Mom is just fine and we're all taking care of her.
