Mrs. Anna Tooley (77) of Clay died January 31, 1900. She was a member of the Methodist Church, joining in her early days in Virginia. She has two brothers (James R. Thomas, Sr. and William F. Thomas) left and a nephew, Melvin Thomas. She was buried beside her husband who died 12 years ago.
