Anne Munger was the wife of William Howard Pritchartt born 1856. Anne was called "See" just like the letter C in later years, as her grandson in the 1930's could not pronounce her name. The name remained with her from then on.
She was the daughter of Henry Elias Munger and Annie Gilbert Snyder from Alton, Illinois.
