"Mrs. Annie S. Armstrong, wife of Thomas Armstrong died at 11:30 o'clock last night at her home, No. 614 High street of heart trouble after having been in failing health for some years, aged 52 years. She was born in the vicinity of Terre Hill but has been a resident of Lancaster for many years. She was twice married her first husband, Christian Binkley, has been deceased a number of years. She was a member of the Central Church, south east of Terre Hill. She is survived by her husband and the following children, Walter Binkley, Quarryville; Mrs. Myrtle Gouse, of Terre Hill, and Mrs. Chester Anderson of Essington, Del Co., Pa. Two Brothers and a sister also survive, William Beam of Mohnton; Mrs Elam Fry and Eli Beam, of Terre Hill."
Born in Manheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Anna was the daughter of Mary Ann Strickler and Rudy Wolf.
