Melvin Dean Hoffman, age 45, died Wednesday, June 23, 1982 at the Natrona County Memorial Hospital in Casper, Wyoming. He was the son of Willard and Lula Mae Drohman Hoffman, born May 28, 1937 in Douglas, Wyoming. He attended school at Shawnee and Douglas. He was married to Carol Price on August 24, 1957 at Douglas. After serving in the U.S. Army from 1956 to 1960 he made his home on the family ranch north of Shawnee, Wyoming until the time of his death. He is survived by his wife of Shawnee; two brothers, Lyle and Gerald Hoffman both of Douglas, Wyoming; two sisters, Mrs. Kirk (Vada) Graham of Hope, Arkansas and Mrs. Fred (Lois) Hall of Miles City, Montana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
