Wife, Nancy Jane (Cox) Linsey, She was the oldest of the Cox family. Born November 20, 1837 in Dubois county, Indiana. Died on a farm southeast of Otwell, Pike county, Indiana, August 01, 1919. Burial in the Otwell Cemetery east of Otwell, a beautiful cemetery.
She was the wife of Wilfred Linsey of near Otwell, Pike county, Indiana. They owned a fine farm, well stocked. She stayed at home until late in life and aided in raising a large family for father and mother. She married after the Cox'es moved to Algiers, Pike County.
Mr. Lindsey was born in Pike county, February 15, 1831, and died there March 5, 1910 and is buried in the Otwell cemetery. He was a well fixed and frugal farme. Progressive in his day. They had two boys William, and Elijah. William is the oldest of the family. William Linsey born 1873, Elijah Linsey born 1875. The boys own and reside on the home farm, and well to do, good farmers. Both are bachelors.
