I THINK the newspaper made an error on the name

Thursday, February 22, 1894 - The Pilot - Charles Osterman
Mr. Charles Osterman, father of William and Henry Osterman and Mrs. Losing, of Arlington, died on Wednesday last at the age of 83 years. He was one of the early settlers of Washington county and was universally respected by all who knew him. One by one the old settlers are dropping off, and their number is discernibly growing less each year in Washington County but the memory of them will long live with the present and future generation. Peace be to their ashes.
