Kevin Benjamin Shifflett was a beautiful and 8 year old boy that was brutally murdered while he played in his great grandparents front yard. He was the son of Tammy and Arthur Shifflett and the brother of Katherine and Kenneth Shifflett. No one knows why he was taken on that horrible day but he must never be forgotten.
