Cecil Ray Gray, 67, of Bowling Green, died at his residence.
The Butler County native was born June 17, 1942.
He was employed by Houchens Industries for 20 years and was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of Richardsville Baptist Church and was a dedicated hunter and fisherman.
He loved to watch college and pro basketball. He loved to have company and always insisted that anyone visiting sit down and eat something.
He was a son of the late Charlie Harmon Gray and Lucy West Gray. He was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Fuller.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Annie Miller Gray;
two daughters, Sherry Stephens and her husband, Dennis, of Glasgow, and Tammy Thompson, of Bowling Green;
two sons, Tim Gray and his wife, Sharon, and Scott Gray and his wife, Lori, all of Bowling Green;
two sisters, Lois Eadens and her husband, Artis, of Bowling Green, and Lorene Esters and her husband, Bedford, of Franklin;
two brothers, J.R. Gray and his wife, Erma, and Harold Gray and his wife, Jean, all of Bowling Green;
a brother-in-law, Bill Fuller, of Cadiz; and
nine grandchildren, Luke and Landen Stephens, Anna and Tyler Gray, Trevor, Trent, Taite and Tana Young and Kaylee Gray.
