Mrs. Margaret Hedge Doney, daughter of William T. Hedge Sr. and Georgia Wade Hedge, passed away February 9, 1977 in a Kansas City hospital.
She leaves her husband, William T. Doney of the home and 1 daughter, Mrs. Maxine Lockett, both of Kansas City, Mo.; 2 sisters, Mrs. Mary Bilyeu and Mrs. Gertrude Pemberton both of Iberia, Mo.; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Doney was born in Iberia where she attended school. At an early age she became a member of the Iberia Baptist Church.
During her middle years she moved to Kansas City, Mo. where she was employed by Wolff Bros. Closing Store until her retirement a few years ago.
Graveside services were conducted by Rev. Earl Brown at the Iberia Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 11, 1977
