ILLINESS FATAL TO ORSON SHAW
Dies at His Kingsville Home Wednesday

KINGSVILLE, June 23 - - Orson Shaw, 54, a widely know resident of Kingsville, died at his home Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. after an illness of four years.

Mr. Shaw, who was born in Vassar, Mich., 10 Dec. 1877, came to Kingsville when he was five years old. He wed Miss Myrtie Shears of Sheffield June 1, 1902. Besides his wife he leaves a sister, Mrs. Edith Edmunds of Geneva, three half brothers, Arthur Shaw of Ashtabula, Charles Shaw of Lillydale, N.Y. and Alfred Shaw of Kingsville; two half sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Pinkham of North Kingsville and Mrs. Grace Wright of Geneva; a stepmother, Mrs. Sarah Shaw of Kingsville, foster father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Olin of Conneaut, two foster brothers, Walter and Wade Olin of Warren and a foster sister Mrs. Alma Monroe of Greensburgh Pa.

Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 p.m. Friday. Rev. H. L. Bethel Kingsville Baptist pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Lulu Falls cemetery.

MANY ATTEND SHAW FUNERAL

Rites Held for Widely Known Resident

KINGSVILLE, June 27 - - Funeral services for Orson Shaw were held Friday afternoon at his resident on Sheldon-st. The many floral offerings and large number of relatives and friends in attendance indicated the esteem in which Mr. Shaw was held.

Rev. H. L. Bethel's sermon indicated the years of service Mr. Shaw had given to the community. Gordon Thompson sang two selections, "God's Tomorrow," and "Some Time's We'll Understand."

The pallbearers were Walter and Wade Olin. Robert Nelson, Clyde Shears, Arthur Shaw, Lucius Olin. Burial was in Lulu Falls cemetery. In attendance were friends from Conneaut., Ashtabula, Geneva, Pierpont, Warren, Greensburg and Sheffield.
