Agnes Sylvia Oddy, age 97, Wittenberg, died Sunday, July 23, 1989 at the Homme Home of Wittenberg.
She was born March 4, 1892 in Black River Falls, WI, the daughter of the late Arne and Carrie (Hansen) Ringstad.
Agnes was married to John James Oddy in Chicago. He preceded her in death in 1959.
Survivors include one son, Donald (Dolores) Oddy, Scottsdale, Arizona; five grandchildren; and one sister, Alma Kusserow, Wittenberg.
In addition to her husband and parents, Agnes was preceded in death by three brothers, including Edward and Alfred Ringstad, two sisters, Clara Gillogey and Nellie Kaufman and one son, John, Jr.
Funeral services were held July 26, 1989 at the Homme Home Chapel, Wittenberg. The Rev. Roger McAbee officiated. Interment was in Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
