Florence M. Clobes, 94, of Royersford, died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007, at Parkhouse Providence Pointe in Royersford.
She was the wife of the late Louis F. Clobes.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Charles Wesley and Elizabeth Jane (Bernard) Daugherty.
Mrs. Clobes was employed by B. Maimon & Sons Clothing Factory and for the former Sunset Manufacturing Co. for 17 years, before her retirement in 1982.
She was a former volunteer at Manatawny Manor Nursing Home for many years.
Surviving are two sons, Elmer F. Clobes of Albuquerque, N.M., and John W. Clobes of Clarksville, Tenn.; four daughters, Audrey E., wife of James Smith of Birdsboro, Anna B., wife of Richard Stogdale of Clermont, Fla., Edna F., wife of the Rev. Russell Pidcoe of Albuquerque, N.M., and Helen B., wife of Kenneth Mailloux of Birdsboro; a sister, Ermine, widow of Roy Yocum of Easton; 24 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Charles Wesley Clayton and Louis F. Clobes Jr., two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 24, at 11 a.m. at Warker-Troutman Funeral Home, 726 High St., Pottstown, with the Rev. Russell Pidcoe, Mrs. Clobes' son-in-law, officiating.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Hephzibah Cemetery, Coatesville.
