His siblings who survived to adulthood were Stephen Patterson Mann, Henry Clay Mann, and Mary Mann (Potts)(who all moved to Muskogee, OK), John L Mann (who died in Chavez County, NM), Robert P Mann (who moved to Checotah, McIntosh, OK), William Burkett Mann, Ida Belle Mann (Alexander), Charles J Mann and Grover Cleveland Mann.
Oliver married Edith May North and together they had 5 children: Ida Valerie Mann, Mary Maxine Mann (Salter), William North Mann as well as twins John H and James Oliver Mann.
