LUKE MORGAN

SAREPTA - Luke Morgan, 85, died Monday in his home.

Funeral services will be at Porterville Church of God Wednesday at 4 p.m. with the Rev. H. F. Jones officiating assisted by Rev. A. T. Allen. Burial will be in the Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Mortuary.

Survivors are his widow; seven sons, Hal E. Morgan of Sarepta, Howard Morgan of Sarepta, Harlon Morgan of Sarepta, Freddie Ray Morgan of Sarepta, Horace Morgan of Sarepta, James A. Morgan of Minden, and Wallace Morgan of Houston, Tex.; five daughters, Mrs. Tempie Henson of Springhill, Mrs. Claude Pickard of Sarepta, Mrs. Clarence Gish of Idaho, Mrs. James Driggers of Shreveport, and Mrs. Leo Stagg (sic) of Houston, Tex; 27 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
