| Birth: | Nov. 20, 1963 Cincinnati Hamilton County Ohio, USA | | Death: | Dec. 24, 1979 Cincinnati Hamilton County Ohio, USA | Teresa (better known as Traci) died at 16 years of age from Leukemia. Traci is the daughter of Charles Glen Fields and Sharon Kay Sumner Fields. Her siblings are Kimberly Estelle Fields and Charles R. Fields. Aunt of Sean Matthew Donovan, John Michael & Collin Matthew Fields. Granddaughter of Harry Roscoe Sumner and Martha Elizabeth Altmeyer Sumner Rose. Step-granddaughter of Paul Edward Rose.
Traci loved animals and was able to enjoy being the owner of a horse and a dog. She had a Tennessee Walker named Rebel (even thought he weighed A LOT more than she did she could make him mind with no problem). Traci was 5 feet 3 and her weight went down to 68 pounds due to her illness. She also had a poodle named Chantelle. Traci entered Chantelle in a local dog contest every year for about 5 - 6 years. Chantelle had been so well trained by Traci that she won the contest every year she was in it.
Traci was a very brave, loving, and strong individual who was loved and respected by all who knew her. Her epitaph describes her well: FAITH, WISDOM, AND COURAGE FAR BEYOND HER YEARS. Even though Traci was with us for only 16 years, she was and always will be a true blessing in our lives. We thank GOD for her, and we try to live by her example. We know one day we will be together again and we will have a great celebration. We love and miss her very much.
Traci has been proven to be a 5th greatgranddaughter of a Revolutionary War soldier (Robert Thomas Bedwell, born 1759, Delaware - died 1842, Sullivan Co., IN. Robert is buried in Moody Cemetery, Sullivan County, IN., and is listed on findagrave).
