Died: Saturday, March 20, 2010

Bob J. Stepro, 81, Corydon, died Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Indian Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.

Born Jan. 26, 1929, in Central, he was the son of the late Hal and Marcella Watson Stepro.

He was retired from Keller Manufacturing Co. in Corydon, was a member of the Methodist faith and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Naydean Willinger, Marjorie Stepro and Inez Jones.

Survivors include his wife, the former Bonnie F. Frederick; two sons, Jack F. Stepro of Palmyra and Jon D. Stepro of Vincennes; a daughter, Janet Crosier of Laconia; and five grandchildren.

Visitation: Tuesday, March 23, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 24, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.

Funeral: Wednesday, March 24, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Pallbearers: Kevin Crosier, Clark Gable, Gary Smith, Charles Fawver, Steve Frederick and John Hoback.

Honorary pallbearers: John Heishman, Linda Rich, Thelma Crosier, Delmar Watson, Rob Mattingly and Jerry Frederick.

The family suggests memorial gifts to Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Corydon.
