Hedley Man Who Shot Boy Kills Himself
Lucian Barnett, brother of the former sheriff of Donley county, M.O. Barnett, who died last summer, shot and killed himself at Hedley Tuesday afternoon.
Lucian, it is recalled, was the man who shot the telegraph operator, M.H. Young, at Hedley, more than a year ago for an alleged assault on his sister, and who later was acquitted in the Donley county courts. Barnett was thought to have been a victim of insanity.
