Donald, 90, of Lansing, MI. died Wednesday.
Donald worked for the Board of Water and Light for 42 years and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers # 352.
He was an avid bowler who bowled on several leagues for over 60 years, was in the Lansing Bowling Hall of Fame and bowled in 42 National Bowling tournaments and also played softball until he was 85 and was in 3 National Slow Pitch tournaments in his 70's and 80's. Donald was a score keeper with the Lansing Parks and Recreation and worked in many Youth Programs for 17 years.
Donald was preceded in death by his wife, June F., in 1985.
Surviving are his daughters, Kimberly Ann Davis and Marsha June (Joseph) Rosser; sons, Gary Schalow, Randy Schalow, Brian (Ellen) Schalow and Brent Schalow; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, March 26, at the Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Homes, Lansing.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or Alzheimer's Association in memory of Donald.
Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
