Mildred Buddrius was born in Odessa, Washington. She was the daughter of Robert Leon Buddrius and Anna Margaret Eckhardt. Mildred married Matt Bischoff Jr. 30 Aug 1947 in Odessa. Seven known children were born to this marriage: Jacqueline Ann, Arley Matt, Kenneth Lewellyn, Francis Robert (2-3 Apr 1944), Elizabeth Marie, Nyal Anthony, and Jerome Kaye Bischoff.
