Mrs. Cynthia Reeser Buchanan
Succumbs at Hospital Following
Mrs. Cynthia M. Reeser Buchanan,
63, wife of Henry Buchanan of
near Lake Cicott, passed away at
the St. Joseph hospital at 4:10
o'clock Friday afternoon, having
been a patient at the hospital since
Aug. 9, when she submitted to a
Mrs. Buchanan is a member of
daughters of Liberty, the War
Mothers and the Christian church.
Besides the husband, she is
survived by three sons, George
Reeser, Honolulu and William and
Dean Reeser of Dayton, 0.; a sister-
in-law, Mrs. Mabel Pettit of
Logansport and five grandchildren
Funeral rites will be held at the
Chase and Miller chapel at 2
o'clock Sunday afternoon, Rev. H.
R. Hosier in charge. Burial will
be made in the Davis cemetery
The son, George, is en route by
airplane to attend the rites.
The Daughters of Liberty will
hold ritualistic services at the
chapel at 7:30 o'clock Saturday
will remain at the after the funeral.
