Originally buried at Union Church Cemetery #2, Plot 78-1, Cocke County, Tennessee. Due to the Douglas Reservoir Project in 1942, this grave was relocated to Union Cemetery from its original burial site. Many graves were not moved and remain under the waters of the reservoir.
