Dakota Cole Palmer, age 9, of Sumter, S.C., went to be with the Lord Thursday, September 15, 2005, following an automobile accident in South Carolina.
He was a third grade student at Cherryvale Elementary School in Sumter, S.C.
He is survived by his father, Louis Palmer, of Sevierville; mother, Monia Victoria (Vickie) Evans Palmer, of Sumter, S.C.; sisters, Chasity Jordan and Alexis R. Owens , of Sumter, S.C.; grandparents, Edna Shoun Palmer, of Newport; Paul Palmer, of Sevierville; and Clair Hemmingway Lewandowski, of Manning, S.C.
Dakota will also be missed by many loving relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, September 20, 2005, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, September 20, 2005, at 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Golmon officiating. Graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, September 21, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at Union Cemetery.
