"Mrs. Evelyn Joyce Pomeroy, 56, 4400 Sunset Blvd. NE, Renton died Saturday at her home.
A native of Fargo, N.D., Mrs. Pomeroy was reared in Spokane and lived there for many years. She moved to Renton in 1969 after 15 years in Arizona.
She was employed as a clerk at Seattle General Hospital and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, P.E.O. and Delta Sigma Phi.
Survivors include two sons, Charles of Seattle, and Stephen of Milwaukee, Wis.; a daughter, Mrs. Claudia Beckman, Renton; her step-mother, Mrs. Angie Kinney, Spokane; and three sisters, Mrs. Jean Schilling, Seattle, Mrs. Carol McCord, Missouri and Mrs. Doris Coleman, Renton.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. today in Greenwood Memorial Park. Memorial services will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints."
