Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday the East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop for 43-year Owens Valley resident Bertha Louise Prange. Pastor Kent Puls will officiate.
Born June 23, 1916 in Ethel, Ark., Louise died March 1, 2010 at the Bishop Care Center. She was 93.
Louise was an amazing Godly woman who loved her family and friends. She impacted many lives with her multiple talents, whether it was sewing clothes for her grandchildren, making blankets for her church or writing caring and encouraging notes to her family and friends. She had a knack for writing about her family adventures and life in general.
She was a blessing to all her family.
Louise was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was a caring, devoted and kind person who loved the Lord.
Louise is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Evelyn and Lynn Williams; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Linda Prange; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Nancy Prange; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and nieces, Bernice, Polly and Ruth.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Louise's memory may be made to one's favorite charity.
