CLOVIS, N.M. - Beatrice Baca, 96, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
Rosary will be said at 12:30 p.m. Friday in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Sotero Sena and the Rev. Carlos Chavez officiating. Burial will be in Mission Garden of Memories by Muffley Funeral Home.
Mr. Baca was born June 30, 1913, in Los Torres to Pedro and Regina Martinez Montano. She married Andronico Baca on Sept. 5, 1940, in Las Vegas.
Survivors include six daughters, Lucy Cordova, Rosalia Chavez, Anita Marez, Patricia Chavez and Frances Chavez, all of Clovis, and Nancy Lopez of Albuquerque; three sons, Bernardo Baca, Ernest Baca and Gilbert Baca, all of Clovis; a sister, Guadalupe "Pita" Cordova of Clovis; 56 grandchildren; 102 great-grandchildren; and 46 great-great-grandchildren.
