Zecharies Shirley "Jack" Good, 82, of Stanley, died on Saturday, March 26, 2011.
He was born on April 16, 1928, in Stanley and was a son of the late Leonard C. and Florine May Bradley Good.
On April 9, 1949, he married Hilda Mae Good, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Carson Good of Luray; two daughters, Diane Fields and Tammy G. Ware, both of Stanley; three brothers, Austin J. and Franklin D. Good, both of Stanley, and Charles L. Good of Luray; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Linda V. Good, Geneva Cubbage and Allita M. Hilliard; and two brothers, Paul W. and Ray J. Good Sr.
A funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, March 29, at the New Hope Pentecostal Church by Pastor Randy Miller and Evangelist Earl E. Painter. Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
