Elisha Wall, born March 21, 1757; married Mary Longstreet. In 1782, he recorded his earmark that was formerly James Grover's.
(Wall of Monmouth County, Genealogical & Historical Misc, Vol 5, by John Stillwell)

DEED - (Sale of property in Pennsylvania) Mary Wall to Philander Raymond:

"Know all men by these present that I, Mary Wall, widow and relict of Doctor Elisha Wall, formerly of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and recently of Brown County, Ohio..."

....describes tracts of land situate, lying and being in the township of Sugarcreek in the county of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania, containing 400 hundred acres, more or less, being tracts surveyed to the said Doctor Elisha Wall of his actual settlement on the 4th of April, 1798".

In the deeds of his daughters Deborah Thompson dated 7 Aug 1839 and the other Lydia Myers 6th of July 1839. Both were not recorded for some reason until 1855. So I think Elisha died in 1839*.

They are NOT buried in the Wall cemetery in Brown County, unless they have no stones. She probably died there.
(Lucille, Oct 2010, a descendant)

Suggested edit, 7 May 2020: In 1835, Mary Wall and her daughters and sons-in-law sold lot 115 in Georgetown, a lot Elisha has purchased. That indicates that he had died sometime between the 1830 census and the date of the deed in 1835.

Jan 2021 Suggested edit: Elisha Wall was listed in the 1830 census of Brown County, OH. In 1831, Mary Wall (but not Elisha) is listed in the tax list. This implies that Elisha died about 1830 and Mary started paying taxes on the land.
