David Cook, Thomastown, MI enlisted at the age of 35 on 08 Dec 1862 as a Private in E. Saginaw, MI for the State of Michigan. He survived the war. Enlisted in Company H Michigan 27th Infantry Regiment on 25 Feb 1863. Mustered out on 26 Jul 1865 at Delaney House, Washington, D.C.
He was the son of Jacob and Agatha Cook and the husband of Lydia Cook.
