St. Helena-Michael Charles Oliver, 47, dead Wednesday at St. Helena Hospital.
A native of St. Helena, Mr. Oliver worked for the St. Helena Star, Steve's Hardware, and Mountain View Hotel.
He is survived by his mother Alma Oliver of St. Helena.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday at Morrison Funeral Chapel, 990 Vintage Ave., St. Helena. Father John Brenkle will officiate. Interment will be private.
