Died Friday, Jan. 17, 1992, at Lane Memorial Hosptial, Zachary. She was 82, a native of Centreville, Miss., and a long time resident of Clinton. She was a retired schoolteacher having taught many years in the East Feliciana School System.

Visiting at First Baptist Church, Clinton, 1 p.m. to religious services at 2 p.m. Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Bill Ascol and Dr. Rod Kennedy. Burial in Masonic Cemetery, Clinton.

Survived by a niece, Betty Toler Piker, Clinton; two nephews, Dr. E.M. "Brother" Toler, Mobile, Ala., and Clovis Jackson "Jack" Toler, Zachary; six great-nieces; and a great-nephew.

Preceded in death by husband, James Oscar Webb; a son, James Toler Webb; parents, Dr. and Mrs. E.M. Toler; a brother, Dr. Clovis Toler; and a sister, Nannie Rae Toler.

Pallbearers will be Willie Johnson, Lester White, Ron Worrell, Toler McCutcheon, Pat Crain and Frank McCutcheon. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Gayle, Louis McKnight, Bob R. Jones, Willie Wheat, W.J. Haydel, Dr. Richard Rathbone, Dr. Richard Pullig, Dr. Paul Jackson Jr., Leslie Ligon, Leland D. Pay, Billy Andrews, Joe Nettles, Bill Ourso, Frank Libbious, Mark Kemp and Ed Hobgood.

She was a long time member of First Baptist Church, Clinton; Delta Kappa Gamma Society International; Louisiana Teachers Association; and East Feliciana Garden Club.

Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Clinton. Charlet Funeral Home, Clinton, in charge of arrangements.
