He began his entertainment career on radio with programs such as the "Fibber, McGee and Molly", "The Jack Benny Radio Show" and later on the TV series "The Jack Benny Show". He also was remembered for his role Ralph Ramsey on the "I Love Lucy Show" TV series, plus appearing on "The Addam's Family" and "Sanford and Son". He also did voice-over work on the cartoon series "The Jetsons", "The Flintstones" and TV commercials for McDonalds. His film credits include "Down Memory Lane" (1949), "The Milk Man" (1950), "You Never Can Tell" (1951), "Here Come the Nelsons" (1952) and "Remains to Be Seen" (1953).
