My brother Stephen was born prematurely and survived for one day; his lungs were simply not strong enough. Our mother fell down some steps that were slippery from rain and went into labor, she was seven months pregnant.
Our parents were living in Clarksburg, CA, at the time and Stephen had three older brothers.
My mom told me that my brother Stephen does not have a stone marker. I plan to buy him one in a few months. I feel sad that all these years, he has been without a stone marker to mark where he is buried.
Mom didn't forget about Stephen, she would tell us how beautiful he was; and that he looked like one of his older brothers. When the time comes for God to call us all home, we will get to meet Stephen, our beautiful brother.
An angel wrote down in the book of life,
this baby's impending birth,
and whispered as she closed the book,
"To Beautiful for Earth".
Ours for a moment, God's forever.
I am so grateful for all the Notes & Flowers left on my Loved ones Memorials. Thank you so much. God bless you all.
