Mr. and Mrs. Guy Bingham received word last week of the death of Mrs. Jessie Myers, aged 75 years, a resident of this locality years ago, who passed away from heart disease at an early hour Sunday morning, February 27, at her home in Detroit. Although in poor health for several years she had not been considered worse than usual when she retired for the night.

Funeral services were held at her home Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday the remains were brought to the North Plains church for services and interment by the side of her husband and little son in the North Plains cemetery.

Surviving relatives of her immediate family are two daughters and a son and their families, all of Detroit. Mrs. Myers, who in her girlhood was Miss Bingham, was one of a large family of brothers and sisters, nearly all of whom have passed away. Two sisters, Nettie and Winnie, and one brother, William, and a number of nephews and nieces survive.
