- Wyaconda News Notes: Mrs. Elora Blattner died at her home, near Wyaconda, of paralysis, February 28, 1901, aged 77 years and six days. Eld. Geo. H. Nichols conducted the funeral service at the Christian Church and interment in family cemetery. Deceased was a native of Germany but had lived in this country for many years. Her husband, Henry Blattner died about seven years ago. Three sons and five daughters survive.
