Leona Roylance Allan, 90, passed away September 16, 1999, in Provo, Utah, of causes incident to age. She was born July 8, 1909, to Bruce and Effie Mae Wheeler Roylance in Springville, Utah. On August 12, 1925, she married Wilber Allan in Provo, Utah, during his lunch break. That evening they each returned to their own parents' houses where they spent the night. This marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She and Wilber were married for 67 years. She is survived by one son: Paul W. (RaVae) of Mapleton; one daughter, Shirley (Jay) Diamond of Springville; and one daughter-in-law, Margie Allan, of Springville; 12 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilber; one son, Calvin; and two brothers, Elmo and Vernal Roylance. Burial was September 20, 1999.
