Funeral Services for William B. Pearce, 73 of Shreveport, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Central Christian Church there, and burial was in the Arcadia Cemetery.
Pearce a longtime independent oil operator, died Monday morning after a long illness. He was an elder in his church and had held the highest office in the state and national Christian Mens Fellowship. He was a member of various Masonic organizations.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter and two sisters. Once of the sisters is Mrs. L. L. Hughen of Arcadia,
