LEE A BEAVEN, 48, owner of a cleaning shop at 2621 Bardstown Road, died of a heart attack yesterday in his truck on Trevilian Way. Deputy Coroner Joseph J. Murphy said an employee, Paul Taylor, found Beaven slumped over the steering wheel at 3 p.m. Taylor began a search when Beaven failed to return after morning deliveries. Beaven, who lived at 203 Monohan Drive, had operated the cleaning place since last August. He was a former accountant and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Beaven, and two brothers, Hugh Beaven and Charles Beaven, St. Mary's, Ky. The funeral will be at 8:45 a.m. Friday at Ratterman's St. Matthews Chapel and at 9 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral from the chapel Friday morning at 8:45, and Holy Trinity Church at 9 o'clock. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Members of the Holy Name Society will recite the Rosary at the funeral home Thursday at 7:30 p.m., and by the Knights of Columbus at 8 p.m.
