HORST, Ralph Leonard - 74, passed away peacefully at Lacombe Health Care Centre on December 23, 2009 surrounded by family. He was born February 4, 1935 in Breslau, Ontario. Left to love and remember him are his wife Betty Horst of Lacombe, AB; brother Ronald Horst of Leaf Rapids, MB; sister Ruth Vinneau of Corunna, ON; children, Lori & Brian Carroll of Bothwell, ON, Mary Lyn Horst of Thamesville, ON, Mindy Blondeel of Erieau, ON, Leonard & Tara Horst of Edmonton, AB, Darcy & Shawna Rolston of Calgary, AB, Jennifer Rolston of Lacombe, AB, Tim Johnson of Meritt, BC and Bob Johnson of Lacombe, AB; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Ralph was predeceased by his parents and his brother Roy Horst. A Graveside Service will be held at the Bothwell Cemetery on January 15, 2010 at 2:30 pm where he will be laid to rest with his brother Roy. Afterwards a Celebration of Life will be held at the Bothwell Legion to remember Ralph and to express condolences to family.
