Born April 8, 1919, in Greenup, Ky., she was a daughter of the late William and Maude Brooker Kimsey. Virginia was employed at the former Williams Manufacturing Co. and was a member of Central Church of Christ.
Preceding her also in death were her husband, Donald Hollis; and sisters, Mildred Smith and Helen Kimsey.
Surviving are a son of Sebring, Fla.; a daughter of Wheelersburg; a brother of Fort Orange, Fla.; four grandchildren; three nephews; and a niece.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the Brant Funeral Home in Sciotoville, with Dennis Dawes, minister, officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Brant's in Sciotoville from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
