PIEDMONT, SC - Lillie Mae Cooper Capps, 74, of Piedmont, wife of J. H. Capps, died Friday, March 19, 1999, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Piedmont, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Clara Mae Pryor Cooper. Retired: J. P. Stevens, Piedmont Plant. Member: Piedmont Heights Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of the home; daughter, Mrs. Danny (Gail) Anderson of Pelzer; sisters, Carrie Lou Smith of Piedmont, Tonie "Jo" Holliday of Belton; brother, G. W. Cooper of Piedmont; granddaughters, Renee Anderson and Amanda Anderson.

Predeceased: brothers, Sam Cooper, Beattie Cooper, Smith Cooper, Heywood Cooper and sisters, Pauline Knight and Catherine Mull.
